No battery, ever
This is an automatic: the movement winds itself from the motion of your wrist, so there is no cell to replace and no trip to a watch shop in three years' time. Leave it in a drawer for a couple of days and it stops; put it on and shake it gently and it starts again. That is not a fault, it is how every automatic works.
You can see the whole thing working
The case is transparent and the dial is skeletonised, so the mechanism is visible from the front rather than hidden behind a printed face. The case screws are finished in rose gold against the clear body, and there is a date window at twelve o'clock. It is a watch that people ask about, which is either the reason to buy it or the reason not to.
Four colours on a silicone strap
White, black, red and mustard, all on the same transparent case with a silicone strap, so the colour is the whole decision. Silicone is the right strap for this watch - it takes a knock, it wipes clean, and it does not mind a summer. Three ATM means rain and splashes are fine; swimming is not.

Yes. Every watch comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong in that period, email support@benedictswatches.com with your order number and a photo and we will repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear such as scratches and strap wear.
The rating for this watch is listed in the specifications above. If no water resistance is listed, treat the watch as not water resistant and keep it dry.
As a guide: 3 ATM (30 m) covers rain, splashes and washing your hands. 5 ATM (50 m) means you can leave it on in the shower. 10 ATM (100 m) is fine for swimming and snorkelling. None of our watches is certified for diving, whatever the case style suggests.

Yes. Quartz models arrive with a battery fitted and running; when it eventually runs down, any watch shop can replace it. Automatic models need no battery at all - they wind themselves as you wear them.
