The hands carry luminous material, so the watch is still legible when the lights are off - on a night shift, in a cinema, at the hour when you want to know how long is left without waking a screen up. It is a small thing that most watches at this price skip, and it is the one you miss.
Forty millimetres, and it stays put
A 40 mm dial on a 12 mm case, at 55 grams. That is the middle of the range in every direction - big enough to read across a desk, not so big it slides round your wrist when you type. The strap runs to 240 millimetres on a 20 mm width, so it fastens properly whether you have a narrow wrist or you are wearing it over a cuff in January.
Six finishes, and three ATM behind all of them
Gold on blue, gold on black, gold on white, rose gold, rose gold on brown, rose gold on white. The case, the movement and the strap width are identical underneath, so the choice is purely how you want it to look. All six carry the same three ATM: rain and splashes are fine, swimming is not.

Yes. Every watch comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong in that period, email support@benedictswatches.com with your order number and a photo and we will repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear such as scratches and strap wear.
The rating for this watch is listed in the specifications above. If no water resistance is listed, treat the watch as not water resistant and keep it dry.
As a guide: 3 ATM (30 m) covers rain, splashes and washing your hands. 5 ATM (50 m) means you can leave it on in the shower. 10 ATM (100 m) is fine for swimming and snorkelling. None of our watches is certified for diving, whatever the case style suggests.
The strap material and width for this watch are listed in the specifications above. The lugs take any standard strap of that width, so any watch shop can fit a replacement.
Yes. Quartz models arrive with a battery fitted and running; when it eventually runs down, any watch shop can replace it. Automatic models need no battery at all - they wind themselves as you wear them.
