You may return your watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Warranty Coverage
We also stand behind the craftsmanship of our watches. If your watch has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Our watch straps are one size only and cannot be changed, but they are adjustable to fit a range of wrist sizes comfortably.
Our watches are designed for fashion and luxury, perfect for everyday wear and special occasions, but not suitable for underwater activities.
We currently do not offer extra watch links. For adjustments or additional links, we recommend contacting a professional jeweler or watch technician.
To keep your watch looking and functioning its best:
1. Wipe it gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or soaking it.
2. Store your watch in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original box.
3. Ensure the battery is replaced as needed, and for mechanical watches, wind them regularly.
