Return and Refund Policy

At Benedict's Watches we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know that you wish to return it. Email support@benedictswatches.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you the return instructions and the return address.

Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Personalised items cannot be returned.

Return costs

Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. In that case we cover the return costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. This applies to all items, including items bought on sale or with a discount code.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, mention this when you request your return and we will arrange it as soon as possible.

Faulty or damaged items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@benedictswatches.com. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
