Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. We are working on expanding to more countries.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). The estimated total delivery time is 6-9 business days from the day you place your order, including processing. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number, and you can follow your delivery through the tracking page on our website.

Damaged, lost or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at support@benedictswatches.com and we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
